The purpose of this letter is to issue an unqualified endorsement as to the quality of the work performed by Mark Twardoski and his company MET General Contracting. Mark's company recently completed work on my home in Goffstown. This was my second home built by MET, the first was built in Amherst in 1994. When it came time to sell the Amherst property the quality of workmanship spoke for itself. After five years the house remained pristine; it sold in one day. At the completion of this second house my sentiments are much the same as the fist. The attention to details and workmanship are, in my view, unmatched by any builder of any size. The benefit of having one individual experienced and conversant in all the trade is invaluable. If and when a question arises about some facet of the project, you will never hear, "I need to talk to the plumber or electrician" etc., as Mark is licensed in those areas as well as several others. With any project of this size there are apt to be some "bumps in the road" that come along. You can be sure that with MET the bumps will be few, and will be handled satisfactorily. The single most important factor in Mark's ability to control quality is the very small (if any), number of sub-contractors involved in the project. I was very involved in both projects and was on the job site on a daily basis. To a man, from excavation to painting, all of MET's employees displayed a pride in their work that has today become all too uncommon.
At this point, I don't intend to build another home, but if I do, there is only builder I would consider. Mark's work speaks for itself. On that basis I can recommend him without reservation."

They put in the extra effort and had everything completed in time, and we really appreciated it.

There was never a day when we came home and found anything but a clean and swept work area and you ensured there was little to no inconvenience to our lifestyle. Both you and Heather were a pleasure to work with. You were always very specific when answering questions and your response times were immediate. It’s great to have found a general contractor that we can both feel comfortable dealing with and who we can trust to do the work as if they were working on their own home. And, most impressively, you completed the work in the time frame you promised!
