A home inspection is an examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from foundation to roof. A home inspector is trained to be a detective in regard to the construction and working parts of a home.

Our Home Inspection Division offers complete inspections, dedicated to the home buyer or seller. We conduct Radon/ Air Tests, Radon Water Tests, search for mold, water damage, structural, electrical, heating, A/C, insulation or plumbing problems on residential (single or multi-family) and small commercial properties.  Additional tests can gladly be performed the building, as requested.
We present our clients with an 18-page report, outlining and issues or failures found in the home. We start from the foundation and investigate our way to the attic space, giving you peace of mind on your existing or future home.
